Returns and Refunds Policy – Kluro

At Kluro, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple returns and refund process.

1. Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To qualify for a return:

– The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all security seals intact.

– You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email us at cs@kluro.com.au, and we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item is in stock. Just email us at cs@kluro.com.au to request an exchange. (Additional shipping costs apply.)

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cs@kluro.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
