WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Our warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear of product use
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, and any accidents not covered under the warranty
• Usage of the product for anything other than its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered in any way
Faulty Goods – within 30 days from day of dispatch
If your product arrives faulty, you have 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch to log a complaint using our returns form. You can choose to request either a refund or an exchange. After the 30-day period, returns will only be processed under the Manufacturer’s Warranty terms (see below).
Please ensure you use a postal service that provides proof of delivery and includes compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods, as the return is NOT our responsibility until it arrives back in our possession.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Once the fault has been identified and verified, Kluro will authorize a replacement or issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Note: If returns exceed the 30-day period, ONLY replacements will be offered. No refunds will be processed after this time frame.
Hardware/Manufacturer Warranty Guide
All hardware products purchased directly from Kluro are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty. For specific warranty details, please visit the manufacturer’s website for your product. Products returned after 30 calendar days will be processed according to the manufacturers’ warranty cover and will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for a replacement to be issued.
