What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer Free Express Shipping (1-3 business days) within Australia. All orders qualify for free express shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 24 hours, please contact us at cs@kluro.com.au.

You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at cs@kluro.com.au, and we will provide return instructions.
